Accessing Crisis Services

We are available to help you 24 hours a day. If you currently receive services, your assigned ‘first responder’ is available to help you resolve your crisis. Contact information for the “first responder” should have been provided when services began and are a part of your Person-Centered Plan.

If you are unable to locate the first responder numbers or if you are not currently receiving services call CenterPoint Customer Services at 1-888-581-9988 for assistance (TTY line for persons who are hearing impaired: 1-866-625-0230).

CenterPoint manages a variety of services to help with mental health, developmental disabilities and/or substance abuse needs. Some crisis services can be delivered in your home or community. The clinician answering your call will work with you to identify options for resolving your crisis.
